In this role, you'll be part of the commercial 'engine room' behind Global Sales, working with a team that creates transparency and drives decision-making. Your contributions will help elevate performance management, ensuring the team stays on track and identifies growth opportunities.

- Currently enrolled in a full-time program in Business, Economics, Analytics etc. with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial steering and performance management
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools being an advantage
- Structured and proactive approach, with the ability to present data-driven insights
- Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills a plus
- A passion for data analysis and a desire to contribute to business growth, as well as eagerness to learn and develop skills in a professional environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with maritime studies or logistics is beneficial, as well as a keen interest in the shipping and logistics industry
- Support performance management with standardized KPI reporting and performance reviews
- Contribute to planning and target processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth strategies
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using various tools, including SQL and Python
- Assist in tracking and governing commercial initiatives and agreements
- Improve commercial reporting and sales processes for better transparency
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to enhance decision-making and strategy and support the CS&E team in their daily tasks and projects
