As a Senior Technologist (f/m/div) in our Manufacturing and Operations team at Infineon Technologies Bipolar GmbH & Co. KG, you will work in a high-tech environment where advanced products are created from silicon wafers. In our modern cleanroom environment, every detail matters. Your role
This position is to be filled within a four-shift working model.
Several Senior Technologist (f/m/div) positions are available in the DIF, MET, and PPI departments.

Your role
- Monitoring, controlling, and initiating manufacturing processes using SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods and process parameters.
- Performing regular cleaning and setup activities on equipment components, including the documentation of all completed work.
- Identifying faults in machines and systems, including taking responsibility for complex repair and maintenance tasks that may not be fully documented.
- Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining production equipment, as well as documenting all related activities.
- Providing on-the-job training and instruction for new employees.
- Coordinating workflows and material flow in a multi-shift operation under cleanroom conditions.
- Setting up machines, loading and monitoring equipment, and actively supporting production operations.

- Successfully completed at least a three-year technical vocational training program, for example as an Electronics Technician or Industrial Mechanic.
- Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3.
- Strong team-player qualities and proficient German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts in a cleanroom environment.
