About the role

Responsibilities
  • Goods receiving against purchase, repair or exchange orders.
  • Product labelling, clear identification and inventory movements are accurate in our maintenance management system (AMOS).
  • Hand out / deliver parts & shared tools to our technicians.
  • Monitor and organize calibration of tools and equipment.
  • Organize transportation and customs process for return parts.
  • Perform sanity checks and shelf-life / expiry control.
  • Comply with safety & security rules and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate easily with the other related departments and staff.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe condition.

Profile
  • Completed apprenticeship in Supply Chain / Logistics and/or related work experience.
  • Professional experience in warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Previous work experience with basic knowledge in Aviation would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Computer Based Inventory Systems; AMOS is an asset.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations (dangerous goods etc.) would be an asset.
  • Flexible, team player, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good organizational skills, with focus on quality and cost, and open to learn.
  • Able to work and interact with various departments and contact persons.
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French language would be an advantage.
