You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Ensuring production goals in terms of quantity, quality, and on-time delivery within the shift
- Planning and coordinating personnel deployment for smooth operations in the production area
- Professional leadership, onboarding, and support of employees
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards as well as promoting a safe working environment
- Active participation in improvement processes through the implementation of Lean, WPS, and 5S measures
This is what you bring to us:
- A completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or technician
- Several years of experience in production and a good understanding of modern manufacturing processes
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WPS, and ideally experience with MES systems
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and pronounced teamwork ability
- Willingness to work shifts as well as a high level of resilience and flexibility
