  • A transparent compensation package consisting of a fixed annual salary of € 55.000 - € 65.000 gross plus a discretionary performance-related payment, which has historically ranged between 10% and 20% of annual fixed salary. Individual compensation will be determined based on relevant professional experience, technical expertise, qualifications, skills, and the overall alignment of a candidate's profile with the requirements of the role.

What we expect
  • Academic studies e.g. in mathematics, industrial engineering, economics, physics with a focus on quantitative and analytical topics
  • Interest in data and modelling as well as conceptual topics
  • Solid research skills
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional skills with MS Office and experience with coding languages like Python, R, SQL
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ideally first experiences in the financial (banking) industry
