Pricing, Contracts, and Tenders PMO (Project Management Office) is responsible for end-to-end project management for all projects running under the Pricing, Contracts, and Tenders, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk parameters. The role acts as a central coordination point between Commercial Excellence, IT/technical teams, and external partners, driving structured execution, governance, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Project Planning & Milestone Management
- Own day-to-day project management activities from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Track progress against scope, cost, quality, and timelines
- Own the integrated master plan across workstreams
- Highlight deviations and coordinate corrective actions across teams
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Facilitate project governance forums and status reviews
- Provide clear, concise, and regular project reporting
- Produce high-quality, consistent reporting for senior leadership teams
- Translate complex execution status into clear, decision-oriented insights (RAG, trends, implications)
- Ensure one single source of truth for status and delivery progress
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies at early stage
- Define mitigation plans and escalate when required
- Ensure proper documentation and decision tracking
Documentation & Quality Management
- Support or coordinate creation of key project documentation (e.g., BRS, FRS, user stories, UAT plans, cutover plans)
- Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with agreed standards
- Regular reporting on project status slides and presentations including maintenance of project management tools
Ways of Working & Tools
- Define and maintain PMO standards, templates, and routines
- Ensure consistent ways of working across workstreams and regions
- Maintain PMO tools (planning, reporting packs)
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
Functional Expertise
- At least 7 years of professional experience, preferably in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, or complex matrix organizations
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing IT-enabled, system implementation, or process transformation projects is a strong advantage
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- PMI or equivalent certification is preferred
- Excellent presentation and excel skills required
- Team-oriented, proactive, structured, and flexible working style, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
- Good communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders, including collaborating with external vendors for day-to-day project activities
