Job Description

Logistics/Warehouse

Receive incoming shipments and check them for completeness and damage; document any damage

• Storing parts and entering them into SAP

• Picking items for customer and production orders

• Shipping of goods, packaging, preparation of delivery notes and shipping documents

• Loading and unloading of vehicles, checking and, if necessary, documenting load securing

Customs Clearance

• Preparation of customs documents, processing of customs declarations based on material lists and delivery documents

• Maintenance of the commodity tariff directory

Transport Coordinator/Transport Compliance

• Coordinating transport compliance matters, including preparing the annual transport report and participating in regular coordination meetings.

• Managing freight forwarding and shipping portals, as well as coordinating and communicating changes in the transport and shipping process.

Preparation and management of shipping documents

• Preparation of Word-based delivery notes for shipments where system-generated documents are not possible.

• Structured filing and distribution of shipping documents.

Logistik/Lager

Eingehende Sendungen annehmen und auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen prüfen, etwaige Beschädigungen dokumentieren

• Einlagerung von Teilen und Erfassung in SAP
• Kommissionierung von Kunden- und Fertigungsaufträgen
• Warenversand, Verpackung, Erstellung der Lieferscheine und Versandunterlagen
• Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen, Kontrolle und ggf. Dokumentation der Ladungssicherung

Zollabwicklung

• Vorbereitung von Zolldokumenten, Aufbereitung der Zollanmeldung anhand von Materiallisten und Lieferdokumenten
• Pflege des Warentarifverzeichnis

Transportbeauftragter/Transport-Compliance

• Koordination der Transport-Compliance-Themen inkl. Erstellung des jährlichen Transportberichts sowie Teilnahme an regelmässigen Abstimmungsmeetings.
• Verwaltung der Speditions- und Versandportale sowie Koordination und Kommunikation von Änderungen im Transport- und Versandprozess.

Erstellung und Verwaltung von Versanddokumenten

• Erstellung von Word-basierten Lieferscheinen für Sendungen, bei denen keine systemseitige Dokumentenerstellung möglich ist.
• Strukturierte Ablage und Verteilung der Versanddokumente.
