Your tasks as Intern Global EDA Platforms
- Analyze core HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, data management) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support the documentation of current and target processes with a focus on system usage and optimization
- Support the implementation of the Wiki 2.0, aiming to combine several knowledge bases and providing AI ready database
- Support the management of Change Requests (CRs), including documentation, tracking, prioritization, and contributing to solution design and optimization efforts
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a focus on HR, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Practical experience (internship or working student role) in HR, HR systems, or process improvement
- Basic understanding of HR processes, especially employee lifecycle management
- Strong interest in HR systems, digital transformation, and process optimization
