GTM Engineer

About the Role

We're a fast-growing, AI-native B2B go-to-market agency based in Berlin, serving over 200 B2B tech companies across the DACH region. Since our founding, we've scaled to a strong ARR and a team of 30+ - and we're just getting started. We sit at the intersection of performance marketing, signal-based outreach, and workflow automation, helping B2B SaaS and IT services companies generate qualified pipeline at scale.

As a GTM Engineer, you'll take ownership of strategic projects from day one - designing and building automation workflows, integrating AI tooling into go-to-market processes, and using data to drive decisions that directly impact client growth.
What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain GTM automation workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, and AI APIs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI)
• Integrate GTM systems and data pipelines with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to create scalable, sustainable infrastructure
• Write SQL and Python scripts to collect, transform, and surface data that drives strategic decisions
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and BI infrastructure (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake) to track campaign ROI and pipeline quality
• Identify process inefficiencies across outreach, lead enrichment, and performance marketing workflows - then fix them systematically
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical GTM projects with a high degree of autonomy
• Collaborate closely with growth, performance marketing, and client success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth engineering, or data analytics
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make) and integrating AI tooling into GTM or marketing processes
• Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake)
• AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and are curious about their GTM applications
• Systems thinker: you design solutions that are clean, maintainable, and built to scale
• German at C2 / native level (hard requirement) and fluent English - both written and spoken
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience at a B2B marketing, lead generation, or revenue operations agency
• Familiarity with signal-based outreach concepts and tools (e.g., Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be located in Berlin or willing to relocate prior to starting.
