- Metabolomics studies on medaka fish lines using NMR spectroscopy
- Swim-tunnel experiments and organ dissection followed by tissue extraction
- Analysis of the extracts using NMR spectroscopy
- Uni- and multivariate statistical analysis
- Correlation analysis with genome and RNA-Seq data
- Maintenance of computer and laboratory equipment, particularly the spectrometers
- Assistance with general computer and laboratory organization, as well as procurement and disposal
Your Profile
- A completed university degree (Master's/Diploma) in chemistry, biology, or a related field
- Experience with analytical techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistics
- Good written and spoken English skills
