We are seeking a dedicated working student to join our Marine HR People Development team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating training and certification processes for our seafarers, ensuring they meet the necessary standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful implementation of key projects, providing administrative and organizational support to the team.

About the Team
We are seeking a dedicated working student to join our Marine HR People Development team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating training and certification processes for our seafarers, ensuring they meet the necessary standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful implementation of key projects, providing administrative and organizational support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate LNG training and certification for seafarers on German and Liberian-flagged vessels
- Communicate with vessels, agencies, training providers, and authorities for seamless training processes
- Manage training registrations, documentation, and records in our HR system
- Review and verify documents for compliance, supporting regular checks
- Track and report on training participation, certification, and relevant KPIs
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation for Marine HR initiatives
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and communication materials and provide administrative support, ensuring smooth team operations
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, especially with certificates and personal data
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a fulltime masters or bachelors degree program in HR, business administration, maritime management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, reliable work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a maritime environment
- Ability to manage operational tasks and contribute to project work, as well as a keen interest in maritime HR and people development is an asset
- Previous experience in administration, HR, project support, or the maritime industry is beneficial
