In dieser Position begleiten Sie Beratungsprojekte zu regulatorischen Anforderungen und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben.

From research to patient, NSF's expert team provides comprehensive regulatory, quality and clinical support to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics, and combination products clients across the product life cycle to navigate complex regulations and industry challenges.

Responsibilities
Ihre Aufgaben
- Prüfung, Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen gemäß ISO 13485 sowie der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) und/oder Verordnung (EU) 2017/746 (IVDR)
- Prüfung und Erstellung regulatorischer Strategien für das Inverkehrbringen von Medizinprodukten und/oder In-vitro-Diagnostika
- Fachliche Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen
- Zusammenstellung von Dokumentationspaketen für internationale Produktzulassungen (z.B. Europa, USA)
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Behörden, Benannten Stellen und Herstellern
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Prozessen
Qualifications
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Hochschulstudium
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Medizintechnik und/oder In-vitro-Diagnostik von Vorteil
- Hohe Motivation sowie Bereitschaft zur eigenständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Einarbeitung in neue Themen
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Optional: Kenntnisse im Bereich Software sowie Programmiererfahrung in C oder Python von Vorteil
