About this position

What you'll do

• Coordination of site-wide projects as well as initiatives in the areas of continuous improvement and sustainability in close collaboration with specialist departments
• Ensuring structured planning, prioritization, and transparency of project and improvement initiatives
• Monitoring progress, milestones, budgets, and target achievement, and providing a solid basis for management decision-making
• Actively driving measures for process optimization, quality improvement, and the enhancement of efficiency and resource utilization
• Supporting the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy, particularly in the areas of energy, water, waste, and decarbonization
• Identifying risks, deviations, and improvement potential, and ensuring their structured follow-up and implementation
• Acting as a central interface between project teams, production, engineering, and management to ensure effective collaboration

What makes you a good fit

• Completed degree in (industrial) engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project coordination, ideally within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean management, and structured problem-solving methods
• Strong understanding of production processes as well as economic interrelations and cost calculations
• Knowledge of sustainability topics, particularly energy efficiency, resource conservation, and decarbonization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, along with very good German and English proficiency
