What we expect from you

To be successful in this role, you should recognize yourself largely in the following criteria:

• Most importantly, you are very hands on and know how to prioritize multiple tasks in a hectic work environment
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable
• You have a bachelors (or HBO) degree in HR or a related field, or you obtained a similar level by experience
• Experience in a marine/offshore environment is a strong plus, but not a must
• You have good knowledge of the most common MS Office applications
• You possess excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a great asset.
• Do you have experience as a seaman or -woman yourself? That would be the cherry on the cake!
