Dann starten wir gemeinsam durch.

We, the Flagship team, are responsible for our own product: the Relationcentre front-end for the OTTO marketplace, which Relationcentre agents use to support OTTO marketplace customers. We operate as a cross-functional team, meaning we combine the roles of software developers, operations specialists, product owners, Agile Masters and business analysts within a single team.

Above all, however, we are a team that really enjoys our work and taking the product forward together. One of our key focuses is on the continuous expansion, integration and optimisation of our use of AI to support developers in their day-to-day work. With us, you can try out new technologies, work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute your own ideas.

Many people talk about "home office" - we talk about "hybrid or mobile work": you can work remotely for up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Together with their team lead our teams decide how to balance on-site presence and mobile work. This means we have short decision-making processes and can roll out new features quickly, whilst receiving direct feedback which, in turn, is incorporated into our product at short notice.
