What youll do

• Implementing Henkel Company Safety standard and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant
• Leading the site Microbiology program. Direct leadership of the site Hygiene team
• Indirect leadership across the site through consistent Hygiene program implementation
• Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through
• Managing and continuously improving the GMP and Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, and company-specific requirements
• Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis
• Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development
