Support our dedicated global project execution teams in all financing related topics. Work closely with the Vice President Corporate Treasury and an inspiring team of Treasury colleagues located in Stuttgart, Singapore and the US as well as with colleagues on projects. The role focuses on cash disposition and short-term cash planning for the Exyte Group, while ensuring that short-term cash plans can be effectively translated into mid-term planning. The role also includes a variety of treasury related activities, e.g. efficient processing and reporting of all guarantee related issues, being responsible for our global electronic banking system, communication with our core banks and treasury back-office tasks.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Consolidating and analyzing short-term cash forecasts to ensure liquidity.
  • Performing data analysis on cash flow patterns, liquidity drivers, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems and tools.
  • Driving automation and digitalization through data modeling and workflow optimization.
  • Acting as deputy for key treasury operations by overseeing the TMS (Coupa) and global electronic banking system (TIS), coordinating guarantee processes with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth, compliant endtoend backoffice workflows when serving as standin.

Show your expertise

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration (Finance, Accounting or Controlling), along with at least three years of hands-on data analytics experience in the finance/treasury function of a multinational company or in the banking sector.
  • Excellent command of German and English, strong IT affinity, and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proven experience with treasury systems (Coupa, TIS) as well as core data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI; Python/R beneficial).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, variance analysis, and effective data storytelling.
  • Robust data literacy, including assessing data quality, performing data cleaning and transformation, defining and interpreting KPIs, and understanding underlying business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create dashboards, translate analytical findings into insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Key personal attributes include strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational strength, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to work independently.
