What you can expect

To expand our team in Lingen, we are looking for a

Senior Processes & Systems Specialist (all genders welcome) - Corporate Supply Chain

In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate Head of Supply Chain and regional REC teams to drive data-based decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement across our global supply chain - with a particular focus on planning, forecasting, and capacity management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth data analyses of operational, capacity-related, and financial performance indicators, and develop or enhance KPI frameworks supporting supply chain performance, planning quality, and resource utilization using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Further develop forecasting, demand, and supply planning processes, including variance analysis, identification of capacity bottlenecks, and execution of scenario planning (what-if analyses).
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain, particularly regarding production capacity, service levels, and inventory performance.
  • Monitor, standardize, and optimize global supply chain processes with a focus on planning, scheduling, and capacity management in collaboration with global supply chain leaders.
  • Support global teams in the use of ERP and advanced planning systems, particularly demand and supply planning tools, and help shape data-driven decision logic and process standards.
  • Determine training needs in the areas of reporting, forecasting, and planning methodologies, and support regional teams in capability building.
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening data-driven decision-making, process stability, and capacity transparency.


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM, Business Administration (with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Corporate Management), or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, capacity management, new product introduction, and/or logistics - ideally with experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems, and strong understanding of forecasting, demand, and supply planning processes.
  • Solid knowledge of standard analytical methods, reporting techniques, and supply chain management practices.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and high analytical capability.
  • Solution-oriented thinking paired with strong numerical and process understanding.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
