Within VV, the department "Corporate Executive Development" is an integral part of the central division "Corporate Executives" and is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of various leadership development concepts at both the individual and collective level for the Corporate Board as well as the group's Executive and Senior Vice Presidents.
Expert (m/f/d) 011-3 / EGr 9 (BesGr A13vz, A13/A14)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of training programs and projects within the "Corporate Executive Development" department
- Overall planning of programs and projects in coordination with the respective subject matter owners
- Coordination and management of workstreams to ensure smooth project progress and achievement of project goals
- Reviewing and tracking project status with regard to costs, milestones, resources, and quality
- Identifying project deviations and coordinating solutions to ensure timely implementation of programs and projects
- Preparing regular reports and updating internal departmental dashboards on project progress
- Independent management and execution of operational and strategic staff tasks in close coordination with the department head
- Managing the department's budget, including budget planning and monitoring expenditures and resource allocation, in coordination with Controlling
- Identifying potential improvements in workflows and developing measures to increase efficiency
- Ensuring effective communication within the department and with other departments, including coordination of information and handling of inquiries
- Establishing and maintaining interfaces with relevant internal and external stakeholders to foster synergies and support the department's strategic objectives
- Preparing presentations for the department head, e.g., for committee meetings or board meetings
- Supporting and further developing the department's digital infrastructure
- Identifying and evaluating new digital tools, systems, and channels, from market analysis to collaboration with IT experts and the assessment of technology trends
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing digital tools and systems in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Training and supporting colleagues in the department in using new tools and systems
Professional Requirements:
- Completed university degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in personnel development, HR, or a related function
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Knowledge of agile methods such as SCRUM is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
