• Sehr gutes technisches Verstandnis fur Fertigungsprozesse
• Interesse an Umformtechnik, CNC-Prozessen oder industriellen Produktionssystemen
• Fahigkeit, technische Ablaufe strukturiert zu analysieren
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
• Erste Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil

Mission

Aktive Mitgestaltung und technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungsprozesse.
Der Fokus liegt nicht nur auf Dokumentation, sondern auf realer Prozessaufnahme in der Produktion, technischer Analyse und nachhaltiger Standardisierung.

Aufgabenbereich

• Systematische technische Uberarbeitung und Standardisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen direkt in der laufenden Fertigung
• Aufnahme und Analyse realer Prozessablaufe (Shopfloor-Prasenz erforderlich)
• Identifikation von Abweichungen zwischen Soll- und Ist-Zustand
• Technische Bewertung von Umform-, Fertigungs- und Prufprozessen
• Enge Abstimmung mit Fertigung, Qualitat und Engineering
• Strukturierte Dokumentation nach Prioritatenliste des Manufacturing-Teams
• Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen (Taktzeit, Rustzeit, Fehlervermeidung)
• Unterstutzung bei Versuchsreihen und technischen Validierungen
• Analyse von Prozesskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
